About Hold Me Tight Workshops

This internationally recognised workshop is run in countries all around the world. It is for couples everywhere who want to deepen their connection. Based on the best selling book Hold Me Tight: Seven Conversations for a Lifetime of Love by Dr Sue Johnson, the workshop offers practical, evidence-based learning relevant to relationships in great shape, in serious trouble, or anywhere in between.

During the course of the weekend we will learn about the research and science of love and relationship. We will learn structured, proven ways to apply this science to our own relationships. We will walk through example videos of other couples using these conversations in their relationship. And we will have a chance to practice (one on one with our own partner only) beginning to have those conversations for ourselves.

Dr. Sue Johnson has finally written the indispensable book for every couple in love.

Wonderful… Hold Me Tight blends the best in research findings with practical suggestions from a caring and compassionate clinician. Hold Me Tight will be of great benefit to couples trying to find their way to better communication and deeper, more fulfilling ways of being with each other. Bravo!

At last a road map through Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy with its creator. Dr. Johnson’s superb science, humor, and clinical wisdom are finally accessible to all of us. I couldn’t pick a smarter, warmer and more real guide for this journey.
